Description

The model is used to simulate guinea pig ventricular action potentials. It formulates ionic current gating in terms of Hodgkin-Huxley type equations. This model extends the Beeler-Reuter mammalian ventricular model (1977) and describes 6 ionic currents. This model includes basic intracellular calcium concentration handling.
